(posting has been scarce, the mac has been at school with j most days...)
just wanted to post a little post about my Nanna who passed away peacefully yesterday, surrounded by her loving husband and their five daughters. there is something so special about the word "grandmother", it's such a warm word, full of comfort and love. even though i lived far, far away for my whole life, i was always able to have the warm-fuzzy-brown-paper-packages-feelings that the thought of Nanna brings.
she will be missed but we are all so lucky for the time we had together.

I got your post card the other day, thank you! It was fun talking to you too.
So I officially had my first princess party and I must say it was a success, Maryjade turned 4 with a tiara and a Cendrillon outfit. Oh! Not to mention the highheels and the jewels. We had a lot of fun playing find the magic wand, pass the magic wand kind of like musical chairs, make your own princess hat, which turned out fantastic and make your own pizza and cupcakes. We ended the night with the parents coming over for coffee and princess castle cake, as well as a princess fashion show (oh and one prince of course)
I am really busy with work lately and have not had much time to myself. I cant wait until this hectic part is over. I am also throwing a Halloween party this Saturday. It is a Masquerade. So far I have 90 tickets sold. I cant wait. It will be fun. I think I am getting my mask painted on and I will send you pics if I have some.
